Invitation Letters
DSN 2027 plans to provide invitation letters for eligible conference participants who need supporting documentation for a visa application. An invitation letter confirms participation in the conference but does not provide financial support or replace the visa application process.
Applicants should expect to provide information such as:
- full name exactly as shown in the passport
- passport number and country of issue
- postal address and institutional affiliation
- role at DSN 2027, including accepted paper or presentation details when applicable
- conference registration details
